BAYRIDE has been a Tauranga motorcycle destination for decades and thousands of customers will have fond memories.
Located on Cameron Road for more than 20 years, Bayride outgrew the site and moved in February 2023 to a purpose built site in Tauriko Business Estate.
Damian and Catherine Fleming bought Bayride Motorcycles in 2015.
Damian is the MD and is can been found somewhere in the building! He grew up going to school on the back of his Dad's motorcycle. By 16 he was riding his own bike and never looked back. He loves to ride rain or shine and a good day for him is when he is on a motorcycle.
Catherine is the Managing Partner, looks after the finances and sells clothing and accessories when she isn't looking after her precious granddaughter. She has racked up 10’s of thousands of km's in all kinds of weather, she is the navigator when she isn't asleep on the pillion seat! Catherine has attained her full M/C licence.
As well as motorcycles, Bayride also sells Yamaha Waverunner and Yamaha E-bike.

Uniquely, as far as we know, Bayride is the only motorcycle store with its own training school, We think training is that important!

We stock new Aprilia, Triumph and Yamaha motorcycles and we offer a good selection of demonstration makes and models from across the range for you to take out and test ride.
We sell a large variety of good quality second hand on/off road bikes, quads, scooters and ATVs, sports, classic and touring motorcycles.
Our team of technicians assemble and prepare our new motorcycles and service most makes of two and four wheel bikes.
Our Accessories shop carries Aprilia, Triumph and Yamaha apparel as well as a full range of off-road and on-road clothing, boots, gloves, helmets and accessories.
Our Parts Shop carries oil, batteries, tyres, Triumph, Yamaha, and Aprilia parts as well as an extensive range of motorcycle maintenance items.
We encourage you to become a member of our Riding Clubs. You will receive text messages and emails about upcoming group rides and events.
We sponsor a successful group of young riders who compete around New Zealand in a variety of events.
We are involved in fundraising and community charity functions.
